Mark as Useful They called to tell me that I had a law suit about a payday loan I took out. The person I talked to Michael could not give me the company name nor the amount that I "supposedly" taken out. When I started to question the law suit he got very verbally aggressive with me telling me that I would be put in front of a judge and made to pay thousands of dollars then hung up on me. I called him back and he again hung up on me. I called one more time to talk to the person and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me again. After 5 minutes I called again and no one answered the phone and went to a "GOOGLE" voicemail with not company or name listed."

Mark as Useful THEY CLAIM TO BE A DEPT COLLECTOR WITH FOR PAYDAY LOAN BUT I NEVER HAD ANY LOANS AND THEY THREATENED TO HAVE ME LOCKED UP AMONGST OTHER STUFF. IT DIDNT SCARE ME I WAS RECORDING THE WHOLE CONVERSATION
